Successful Mestrual Regularity and Spontaneous Pregnancies with a Resveratrol-Based Multivitamin Supplement in Women with Idiopathic Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Abstract Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is a clinical syndrome defined by loss of activity before the age 40 years and characterized menstrual disturbance, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) concentration above IU/l infertility. In some patients best option to conceive spontaneously since many treatment strategies remain unsuccessful or involve eggs donation. this case report series, we describe effects resveratrol-based multivitamin supplement containing trans-resveratrol, folic acid, vitamin B6, B12 D, in six women with poor prognosis pregnancy due POI evaluate achievement desired conception. These women, aged less then years, suffered from irregularities, anovulation They all had normal karyotype, no history surgery, radiation exposure chemotherapy. Blood test showed at least two values FSH IU/l. Four out conceived after 3-6 months supplement, ultimately giving birth full-term baby. Regular cycle was restored four start treatment. conclusion improved regularity suggest useful potential supplementation cases POI.
